Meadow Healing for Chronic Illnesses
I first began teaching brain retraining specializing in chronic illnesses ten years ago and this is still close to my heart. While both Psych-k® and brain retraining can have a profound impact for this with chronic illnesses, there are special considerations to take depending on each unique situation. I offer discounts in this section, as I know that many people struggling with chronic illness are unable to work.
75 minute Intake Session
This discounted session involves me asking you questions so I can get to know your unique brain, psyche, and spirit.
At this time, I can answer any questions you might have about the process. If I assess that you're a candidate for brain rewiring and we decide to embark on the journey together, I'll use what I learn about you in this session to formulate a game plan for you. We usually have time at the end of this session to begin clearing your brain of beliefs or traumas that may impede the brain rewiring process. $150

Limbic Retraining Program
This is an immersive program for those suffering with chronic illness so that their healing process can be accelerated. That being said, it has to be approached with conviction and dedication. Many folks who have healed have created pre-recorded programs in the past years. While I love the accessibility of this, working with me is for people who do better learning and/or feel their case might require special considerations such as. Some diagnosis that will likely require special consideration while neural retraining are: complex PTSD, PTSD, intrusive thoughts, PMDD, dissociation, depersonalization/derealization disorder, attachment trauma, depression, and ADHD.
The program consists of a brain re-training plan, a workbook, and two 110 minute sessions (just under 4 hours total) booked back to back. I will also be here for you via email during this intensely transformative time for quick questions and to help keep you on track.
The majority of people will begin to feel a shift after our second session, with some noticing changes after the first. By the time we have our first follow-up, you should be experiencing noticeable improvements in your brain and body.

Many people come to me for coaching and Psych-K sessions after having already purchased another Retraining Program. I oftentimes make small adjustments to their existing program based on their symptoms/personality and am happy to send established clients my workbook and neural retraining program free of charge. $0
The first step is to book an intake session so that I can determine if your condition will be significantly improved by neural retraining. If not, I will make recommendations for you based on my extensive knowledge about these illnesses. The intake session is not included in the above prices.
